Really Fast Weight Loss?
Does anyone know how much weight you can lose by not eating or eating very little for 1-2 weeks? And would it be okay to take laxatives at the same time, or one of those colon cleanse products? It is important that I lose this weight fast. Honest answers only, no smart-*** remarks. Thanks!
don’t starve your self if your body is different. unlike skinny people if your are chunky the fat that is already on you could build more since its used to storing what you eat. but laxatives will help if that applies to your weight .if you are thin staying away from sugars like soda and sweets and salt will help, i loose 15 pounds in two weeks with veggies and fiber supplements and vitamins to keep me from getting malnutrition.
It is not healthy to eat nothing at all. You are most likely going to put the weight back on again once you start eating again anyway as you have slowed down your metabolism.

lots of cardio (running, swimming, spin class etc)
Try protein meal replacements. They are high in protain (make you feel full) and low carbs (so wont put on weight) and they have all your vitamins and minerals that you need to function. Pharmafoods IsoWhey is great
If it is just for 1-2 weeks try a low carb, high protein, good fat (nuts, avocado, lean meat) diet. This will help you lose weight without losing muscle
Exercise does wonders too

Maxium, 6 kgs can be dropped in a month. But starving is not the solution. You should balance it. Take less quantity of food but more water. Do some exercises thats more important.

You could probably lose 5-6 lbs if you ate absolutely nothing for about a week. Not only would your fat be used up, but your muscles would also deteriorate. Losing weight rapidly is never healthy, and most times impossible (unless you starve yourself)
