Fast Weight Loss Please?
i need to lose a bit of weight as fast as possible…the latest for if possible -5-10lbs by december. Is it possible? any tips? Web sites? I can’t do a huge diet either because I’m already on another which extremely slowily helps…it takes like 2 years to do 5lbs.
And I don’t drink pop, eat much junk and have dance 3 times a week for 2hours…I’m pretty fit but i’m fat.

3. eat dinner. eat oatmeal for dinner.
