The earlier you eat your first healthy meal, the earlier you will kick start you metabolism and start burning calories.
In other words, if you don’t eat anything until lunch and go to bed at 10 pm you will burn calories 10 hours per day.
If you eat breakfast at 7 am and go to bed at 10 pm you burn calories 15 hours per day.

    Not something I’d recommend, though…
    Working three jobs also led to weight loss.
    But it wasn’t permanent. Nor, alas, were the jobs.

    The most effective and fast weight is through portion control and excerise. Fad diets are just that, and after a while you go back to your old habits.
    Portion control will cut on the amount of calories taken in, while working out, I do a 30 minute a few times a week, will get you trim and keep you there.

    Yeah cut out most of your carbs. Consume them by themselves. Eat more fruits and veggies, especially before eating proteins and fats. Drink lots of water. cut out the soda and sugary drinks. Keep alcohol to a minimum. (has lots of carbs and sugars)

    Don’t you mean EFFECTIVE?
    There are no SECRETS to weight loss. What is required is the discipline to burn more calories than you consume. A combination of diet and exercise should be your goal.
    There are no FAST weight loss techniques, that are really worthy. To loose weight too fast is NOT healthy.

    you can eat whatever you want, but not after 5 pm, and then before you go to bed eat a stick of celery. It’ll absorb all the fat. It also helps to excercise. When i did it, i lost weight so fast ppl thought i was doing drugs.
