fast and good way to loose weight is cardio i lost a **** load of weight doing that and working at the gym im buff and got a six pack not just from running but other work out on machines at the gym

the only thing that has ever caused me to lose weight is overexercise and barely eating. and i don’t recommend it.
just eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and exercise regularly.

Exercise… is the very best thing you can do and depending on how hard you are willing to work will determine how fast you lose weight, and you should alter you diet too but exercise, and then exercise again and when you think you are dying because you are so out of breath push youself just a little harder and i promise you that you will see results.
You don’t need a diet plan..just get off your butt..dont look at it as loosing weight..and get rid of the scale..
You can loose more weight and loose sizes by simply toning and lifting light weights than jogging and sweating your butt off

There is no better guaranteed weight loss way than amputation…..You can definately lost 15-20 pounds in 1 day and keep it off………..
Fads don’t work because they aren’t sustainable. However, there are a few that can do what you want.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss.
